Terms and Conditions

  • TERMS OF PAYMENT: Credit card, C.O.D., or prepayment for all new customers and first time orders. Net 30 days for established customers in good standing (subject to credit approval and periodic review). Past due balances are subject to a late charge of 2% per month. Date of invoice or product delivery date (whichever is later) establishes the start of the 30-day payment period.
     
  • We accept purchase orders from all government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and educational establishments.
     
  • We accept VISA and Mastercard. This is a secure website, please provide your credit card information online.
     
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All international orders are payable in advance by a wire transfer, a credit card, or a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a major U.S. bank. All bank charges shall be at customer's expense. Letters of credit are not acceptable.
     
  • SHIPPING TERMS: FOB or FCA Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, unless specified otherwise. For shipping damage, customer should file claim to its carrier immediately. Any discrepancy should be reported to QPhotonics within 3 days after delivery.
     
  • All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
     
  • Laser diodes, superluminescent diodes, LEDs, and SOAs are NOT returnable. They are extremely static sensitive and require temperature control. When operated within their specifications, they have very long lifetimes. Most failures occur from mishandling or operating the lasers beyond their maximum ratings.
