We offer three models of user-friendly controllers for operating laser diodes, superluminescent diodes, and semiconductor optical amplifiers in 14pin DIL package and 14pin butterfly packages in CW mode and in pulsed mode with external and internal modulation. They all include laser driver, temperature controller, laser diode mounts, AC adapter, cables and work as a complete system. We also offer separate 14pin DIL mount (QM14DIL) and 14pin butterfly mount (QM14BTF).
